"Wubi" or The windows Ubuntu installer, isn't updated here, and therefore is a VERY old version, and very outdated. You wouldn't want to use this version because it's alpha software.
I no longer develop for the wubi project, due to lack of time, but the project is still going better than ever since I left :-)
Find a new version from the official WUBI website or head to the Ubuntu Home Page for details about Ubuntu itself.
